About this file

This is a Memorandum for Record from the Department of the Air Force 90th Missile Wing (AFGSC) dated 14 August 2026, documenting the controlled unclassified information (CUI) release procedures for the "Project Test and Replace Sprinkler Heads at Multiple Facilities" contract opportunity. The memorandum establishes mandatory information safeguarding requirements for all vendors receiving CUI materials related to this project.

Vendors seeking access to Attachment 2 CUI Drawings must first demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.204-7021 by completing a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) assessment or equivalent evaluation in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The required NIST SP 800-171 assessment must be completed within the last three years with a minimum score of 110; if CMMC certification is available, a Level 2 certification is required for eligibility. Upon verification of assessment completion in SPRS, contractors must request CUI documents via email from Lt Walter Wheeler (walter.wheeler.1@us.af.mil) or Ms. Liezel McIntyre (liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil), with documents delivered through a DoD SAFE Link. CUI materials must be safeguarded according to specified standards, with release or reproduction prohibited except for official use, and proper destruction required using cross-cut shredders producing 1mm x 5mm particles or smaller, or disintegrator devices with 2.4mm security screens. All CUI documents must be returned to the 90th Contracting Squadron with the contractor's proposal. Questions regarding safeguarding requirements should be directed to the F. E. Warren AFB Civil Engineer Squadron at (307) 773-3046.
