About this file
This is a Schedule of Items (pricing template) for concrete vault toilet installations across three ranger districts within the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest.
The scope of work encompasses six line items distributed across three geographic areas: two toilet replacements in the Rocky Mountain Ranger District (Benchmark Airstrip Toilet and Ron Janicula Trailhead Toilet); one new toilet installation in the Judith Musselshell Ranger District (Highwood Cabin Toilet); and three items in the Helena Ranger District (two toilet replacements at Park Lake Day Use and Park Lake Campground North, plus concrete paving to replace asphalt at Park Lake). All items are priced on a lump sum basis with estimated quantities of one unit each. New installations include toilet supply, delivery, excavation, and complete installation of concrete vault toilet systems. Replacement work includes all new installation requirements plus pumping, demolition, and disposal of existing toilets. Offerors must submit pricing on all items to be considered responsive, rounded to the nearest cent. Bond premium payments are permitted under mobilization costs in accordance with FAR 52.232-5. Quantities provided are in-place only without shrinkage or swell factors applied, and contractors must verify all quantities. The schedule includes a project total line with space for cumulative pricing across all three ranger districts.
