About this file

This document is an Attachment 2 Contractor Capability Survey that is part of a Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice issued by the 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (338 ESS) for the Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS).

The RFI seeks information from vendors regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirements outlined in the attached draft Statement of Need (SON) for a COTS turnkey immersive system that delivers a unique aviator experience. The survey requests details on the vendor's company information, business size and socioeconomic status, relevant experience and contracts, contracting vehicles, and proposed solution offerings. Vendors are asked to address specific capabilities such as portability, ease of use, integrating existing software, advanced hardware/software, maintenance support, and cost/development considerations. Proprietary information must be properly marked, and vendors must submit executed NDAs with the government. The RFI is related to a pre-solicitation for the AFRS Video Booth requirement seeking a fully enclosed, sound-dampened video booth capable of 1080p video capture for 1-5 day conference rentals.
