DATED: 09 Dec 2021
It is the responsibility of the contractor to establish continuing requirements with the Publications Distribution Office or other office of prime responsibility. Revisions, supplements, and changes may be issued during the life of the contract. The contractor shall requisition all additional documents, which shall be in full force and effect immediately upon receipt. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all documents on hand are posted and up to date, as amended, supplemented, or superseded. If there is an increase or decrease in the costs of services as a result of any compliance changes, the contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer within 30 days. In the case that there exists any conflict within compliance documentations, these will be reported to the Contracting Officer within 10 days, with citations of publications and details pertaining to conflicts, for prompt resolution.
The contractor is obligated to follow compliance documents, to the extent specified.
Compliance documents are “all inclusive” unless otherwise indicated.
