Engineering Requirements SOW Repair Well 3 SCADA Design / Build

Scope of Work:
Shaw AFB requires the installation of process equipment, controls systems, system integration, and remote SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) access for the Wells. Remote SCADA access shall be provided by “Allen Bradley and the Stratix switches ” The current “Automated Logix” WebCTRL system, will not be used in the SCADA system.
The existing Well system shall be constructed and operated to meet guidelines and standards provided by Shaw AFB Design and Construction Standard, American National Standards Institute (ANSI), American Waterworks Association (AWWA), National Electrical Code (NEC), and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).

Section 01 – Design Requirements CLIN 0001
The contractor shall provide design documents to include a 35%, 65%, 95% design and as-builts. These should be submitted electronically as .dwg and .pdf. Hard copies of each submittal shall include (1) ANSI C 17x22 and (2) ANSI B 11x17 set.
• The design shall accurately represent the existing conditions for all trades involved except for the finishes.
• All products/materials/equipment shall be specified on the drawings.
• The contractor shall incorporate the existing drawings, and manuals into this design in order to provide one complete design.
The 35% Design submittal shall include the following at a minimum:
• Equipment Submittals – o Chorine Online Analyzer o Phosphate Online Analyzer o Fluoride Online Analyzer o VFD o Any long lead item (90 calendar days or more)
• Initial DD Form 1354
• Demolition plans
• All interior room layout of all new existing equipment
• Equipment list
The 65% Design submittal shall include the following at a minimum:
• P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) o Note at the Well 3 location – The P&ID shall include all the equipment within the brick wall area.
• Control System Narrative to describe the process P&ID, control logic diagrams, and remote control / Access systems
• Ladder logic
• HMI Displays graphics
• Control network scheme with all the hardware and IP addresses
• All passwords shall be listed on the drawing
• A Functional Acceptance Test o The Functional Acceptance Test shall include a check list that covers the entire system o The check list shall include the 20th CES inspector and the 20th water shop foreman as the mandatory sign off.
o Any failures will require the test to repeated.
The 95% Design submittal shall include the following at a minimum:
• Any and remaining design, calculations or submittals that are necessary to provide a complete and constructible design.
• Listing of all the Individual Component Identifier tags list.
Final Documentation
The contractor shall provide the following 100% as-built documentation:
• P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
• Control System Narrative to describe process P&ID, control logic diagrams, and Remote
Control/Access systems.
• As-builts of Control System Communications Network Diagrams.
• Final electronic copies of all the program files.
• Final electronic copies of all the HMI Displays graphics

Section 02 - Wells Integration and Automation
The contractor shall supply and install all required equipment, software, and programming needed to fully automate the remote control and monitoring of the water distribution system on Shaw AFB per award.
The Govt shall provide a PC based workstation in the ECMS workshop. The contractor shall install all applicable versions of Studio 5000 software that is required to communicate with each wells base tower PLC. The contractor shall also install any software required to change or modify the systems HMIs. This includes the one installed at the wells, base tower, the ECMS workshop, and the water shops office. The contractor shall save a backup of each wells, base tower, PLCs ladder logic file and along with the HMIs program files on the workstation. The contractor shall setup the PC workstation that it can also modify the TV display in the water shop and the EMCS shop.
Process Automation
• The contractor shall automate the operation of Well 3 to maintain the required pressures at the three EST (Elevated Storage Tank) on Shaw AFB per award.
• Well 3 will receive pressure input from Base Water Tower at B925 and actuate Well pump operation based on pressure set point of Base Water Tower.
• Each well’s HMI shall display all the towers pressures and levels.
• The contractor shall install an overflow sensor on the each of the towers and this sensor shall be added to alarm list.
• Each Tower shall also have a High level alarm and a Low level alarm.
Programming
• Features provided by the contractor for the SCADA system shall include, but are not limited to:
o Upgrading the panelview HMI (Human-Machine Interface) to a clean, uniform, and easy to understand display with multiple layers to avoid overcrowding.
o On-screen control selectors for Hand-Off-Auto pump control.
o Detailed alarm summaries for all systems and processes.
o Status/event summaries for all station processes, and expanded run-time hours and flow total summaries.
o A section on the HMI to input and display specific operator instructions unique to the
Well 3 installation. This feature is to have the capability to be edited by operations personnel.
o The ability to set a 100 – 600 GPM lock for the influent/effluent motors/pumps, that will increase or decrease motor/pump speeds to maintain the set point limit.
o Capability to change instrument scaling by the HMI in the event a different field instrument is replaced with a different scale such as a flow meter, etc. This is required to assist operations and maintenance without changing PLC programming directly.
o Password protection for changing sensitive settings as directed by water plant operations.
o The control system provided shall have shutdown limits. If any of the systems additives are below their low limits the system will shut down that well.
o The main well pump motor shall have an adjustable start delay on the HMI.

Remote Control/Access
• The contractor shall supply all SCADA hardware, operating systems, and application software for remote control for Well 3. The contractor shall provide all software and licensing needed to configure the ladder logic programming at the well. The contractor shall provide the SCADA system design, technical specifications, SCADA hardware, software needed to view and control the Well system remotely at Building 251, including, but not limited to:
o Monitoring display – 65” TV display mounted on wall in WIFM shop. The contractor shall be responsible to provide the power and the comms connections for the display. The display shall have the ability to change between screens on a time interval and or by the end user selection.
o Control Monitoring display – 55” TV display shall be mounted on wall in EMCS shop.
The contractor shall be responsible to provide the power and the comms connections for the display. The display shall have the ability to change between screens on a time interval and or by the end user selection.
o The Monitoring display shall not require a CAC card to be logged into any PC or control system for the display to be visible 24/7.
o Both displays shall have the ability to select and deselect alarms that will send text message alerts to the end users. Both displays shall have a screen that only shows the alarms that will send out an alarm text out.
o Both displays shall also have the ability to change, remove up to 10 different cell phone number that will be notified based on what alarms are selected.
o The WIFM 65” display shall not have the ability to start, stop or control the SCADA system.
o The EMCS 55” controls display shall have the ability to start, stop or control the SCADA system.
o Both displays shall also have a main base wide screen that has shows the each well and tower over laid on top of the base map. The graphics shall be large enough to be seen easily from 7ft away. The graphics shall include the towers pressure, levels and which wells are running.
o View of all system operations, such as motors, pumps, drives, etc.
Shall have a plant system-based layout (See attachment 01 for example) Shall highlight systems color coded to green or red depending on system status.
Red = non-operational; and Green = operational.
o Both displays shall have the following information (see Attachment 02 for reference), not limited to:
Hand-Off-Auto pump status Online analyzers test results Chemical feed pump speed Live chemical storage burn rate Effluent and influent GPM/Speed
Real time flow low metering Fault log/banner Stripper tank level Expanded run-time hours Estimated time when the low chemical storage level will be reached o System shall have a dial out text feature/capabilities for system interruptions and faults with the following features:
15 predetermined alarms - To Be Determined in the 65% design phase per well location, and base tower.
The alarm text shall also include the alarm location.
Ability to for the water shop operator to turn on or off alarms from dialing out.
Ability to for the water shop operator to change the dial out phone number.
The dial out text feature shall be only one way.
o The contractor shall install all the required control software and HMI display software on the govt provided pc workstation in the EMCS shop.
o All data and controls shall remain on Shaw AFB over fiber communication. No offsite servers or controls shall be allowed.
o At all the Wells, and the base tower. The contractor shall move the fiber comm connect from the media convertor to the Stratix switch. The contractor shall resign the IP Address from the Automated Logix to the Stratix switch.
o The contractor shall assist the Air Force with the authorization to operate paperwork for the Stratix switch.

Section 03 - Equipment Requirements
Chlorine Online Analyzer Requirements
• Requirements for the “free chlorine analyzer”:
o Measurement range: 0 to 20 ppm free available chlorine.
o Low Limit Of Detection (LOD): 30 ppb (0.03 ppm) or better.
o Limit Of Quantitation (LOQ): 90 ppb (0.09 ppm) or better.
o Repeatability/precision: 30 ppb or 3%, whichever is greater.
o Response time: ~140 s for 90% change (T90) (At a stable T and pH).
o Interference: Monochloramine, Chlorine Dioxide, Ozone, and chalk deposits.
o Does not require reagents to operate
• Certifications:
o EMC: CE compliant for conducted and radiated emissions CISPR 11 (Class A limits), EMC Immunity EN 61326-1 (Industrial limits).
o Safety: General Purpose UL/CSA 61010-1 with cETLus safety mark.
o NEMA 4X/IP65 Water and Dust Ingress Ratings.
• Environmental Requirements o Operational Criteria
Operating temperature: 5 to 45 °C (41 to 113 °F).
Relative humidity: 0-95%, non-condensing.
• Sample Requirements o Minimum back pressure the chlorine sensor can manage without failure:
0.5 bar, no pressure impulses and/or vibration.
o Temperature: 0 to 45 °C (33 to 113 °F) o Temperature compensation range: 5 to 45 °C (41 to 113 °F) o Flow: 30-50 L/hr, 40 L/hr – optimal (7.9-13.2 g/hr, 10.6 g/hr – optimal)
• Storage Requirements o Electrolyte: 15 to 25 °C (59 to 77 °F) o Chlorine Sensors: 0 to 50 °C (32 to 122 °F) dry without electrolyte o Panel: -20 to 60 °C (-4 to 149 °F)
Phosphate Online Analyzer Requirements
• Measurement range:
o 4 – 3000 µg/L as PO4 o 0 – 5 mg/L
• Accuracy o ±4 µg/L or ±4% of reading, whichever is greater.
o Lower Limit of Detection (LOD) o 4 µg/L
• Repeatability - ±1%
• Certifications – CE (EN 61326-1: 2006; EN 61010-1: 2010; EN 60529: 1991, +A1:2000)
• Maintenance – Capable of operating unattended for 90 days between chemical reagent changes.
Housed in an IP56-rated enclosure.
Fluoride Online Analyzer Requirements
• Measurement range: 0.1 – 10.0 mg/L Fluoride.
• Accuracy: ± 10 % or ±0.10 mg/L whichever is greater.
• Repeatability: 7% or ±0.07 ppm whichever is greater.
• Calibration method: Automatically performs a 2-point calibration at 0.5 and 5.0 mg/L fluoride at user-selected time intervals. Automatic calibration intervals can be set for 1 day to 1 month.
• Certifications: CE approved, ETL listed to UL 1262, ETL certified to CSA 22.2 No. 142
• Maintenance o Capable of operating unattended for 30 days between chemical reagent changes.
Housed in an IP62-rated enclosure.

Section 04 - Well 3 Requirements
Ultrasonic Level Sensors
• The contractor shall install an ultrasonic drum sensor for each of the four chemical systems at Well 3. Drum sensors shall be rated for use with specific chemical in drums, meet appropriate size specifications, and conform to industry standards for installation. The contractor shall ensure the ultrasonic sensor is installed with a 4-20 mA signal to provide accurate level indication to the PLC display screen.
• The contractor shall install new stripper tank level sensor system. See attachment 01.
Variable Frequency Drives
• The contractor shall disconnect the current VFD attached to the well motor and the electrical cabinet and return them to the Govt. The contractor shall install a new NEMA 4 rated electrical cabinet. The cabinet shall be secured to a concrete footing. The contractor shall also install a new VFD inside the new electrical cabinet that matches one installed at Well 4. The contractor shall ensure the PLC/VFD provides a 10 second ramp up and ramp down time. Contractor shall correct any interface discrepancy to realize this requirement.
Flow Meters
• The contractor shall verify flow meters at Well 3 are interfaced with the PLC and provide scaled and accurate flow rates on the PLC HMI screen. Contractor shall correct any interface discrepancy to realize this requirement.
Chemical Feed Pumps
Install a chemical feed pump system at Well 3 to feed Sodium Hypochlorite, Phosphate, Fluoride, and Soda Ash. The chemical feed pump systems shall match the skids install at Well 4.
• Chemical feed pump systems shall include at a minimum a pump, pressure relief valve, back pressure control valve, pulsation dampener, gauge guard, isolation valve and a chemical resistant pressure gauge. All parts being installed on the chemical feed system shall be rated for the chemical being used, to ensure corrosion is kept to a minimum. Installation of pumps shall include skids to mount system piping. All valves, piping and other attached components shall present a neat and orderly appearance. All skids shall be anchored and installed per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Pumps used for Sodium Hypochlorite shall have 12 GPD (Gallon Per Day) pumping output, ¼” - 3/8” OD tubing connections, de-gassing head or automatic priming system, pressure rated for a minimum of 100 psi, PFTE seals and diaphragm, and 4-20 mA input and outputs for remote control.
• Pumps used for soda ash shall have an automatic controls module with speed control that accepts 4-20 mA input control, a 300-600 GPD pumping output (depending on the water pH at each individual well), ½” connections, and shall be pressure rated for a minimum of 100 psi. Pumps shall accept the voltage available at the well. The contractor shall replace all piping from the soda ash mixing tank to the injection quill.
• The contractor shall install a new effluent pump and motor at Well 3 that will replace the existing Golds Pumps 3656 and be controlled by the PLCs. At a minimum, the specifications for the replacement pump will meet or exceed the existing pump capabilities.
Online Analyzers
• The contractor shall install individual chemical analyzers for free available Chlorine, Phosphate, Fluoride, and pH.
• The contractor shall install necessary components for the online analyzers to function according to the manufacturer specifications to include, but not limited to, a well chemical sensing line no more than 10ft downstream of the static mixer and discharged downstream of all analyzing equipment. The performing contractor will drain the sensing line at the point closest to existing infrastructure.
• The contractor shall make all necessary connections needed for the analyzers to communicate with the PLC at the Well. The PLC shall receive information from the analyzers, and when not in compliance with existing SC DES and Shaw AFB regulations, shall automatically adjust pump speeds accordingly.
Eye Wash station
The contractor shall install an eye wash station in each chemical room.
Small table next to sample station
The contractor shall install a small wall mounted drop-down table. See attachment 01.
Demolition
See Attachment 01 for equipment to be demolish.
Remove the wall mounted cabinet labeled “t.g.e” and associated abandoned conduits which are mounted on the wall adjacent to the PLC cabinet.
Labeling
The contractor shall induvial label each piece of equipment with a Stainless Stain tag. This shall include all above ground equipment on the P&ID drawing. Ex: Tanks, Pumps, Valves, Motors, sensors, towers, fans, drives, meters, analyzers, and filters. The individual component identifier shall match the main display.

Assumptions:
• There will be no asbestos or hazardous materials handling or removal shall be included in any phase of the project.
• Escorts shall not be required.
• Designs for the control system and HMI shall be required.
• All designs, schematics, and supporting documentation about the systems shall be provided to
Shaw AFB.

Ultrasonic Level Sensors
• The contractor shall install ultrasonic drum sensor for each chemical system at Well 5.
Drum sensors shall be rated for use with the specific chemical in drums, meet appropriate size specifications, and conform to industry standards for installation. The contractor shall ensure an ultrasonic sensor for the soda ash hopper at each Well is installed with a 4-20 mA signal scaled to provide accurate level indication to the PLC display screen.
• The contractor shall install new stripper tank level sensor system. See attachment 01.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Install two (2) new VFDs at Well 5 to control the well influent and effluent motor.
• The contractor shall verify the VFDs at Well 5 are interfaced with the PLC and provide a
10 second ramp up and ramp down time. Contractor shall correct any interface discrepancy to realize this requirement.
• The contractor shall remove and dispose of the exterior motor control components currently installed at well 5.
Flow Meters
• The contractor shall install a new flow meter to replace the existing one on the effluent line at Well 5. The meter shall measure flow rates between 0 – 600 GPM and display accurate flow rates on the PLC HMI.
• The contractor shall verify flow meters at Well 5 are interfaced with the PLC and provide scaled and accurate flow rates on the PLC HMI screen. Contractor shall correct any interface discrepancy to realize this requirement.
Chemical Feed Pumps
Install a chemical feed pump system at Well 5 to feed Sodium Hypochlorite, Phosphate, Fluoride, and Soda Ash.
• Chemical feed pump systems shall include at a minimum a pump, pressure relief valve, back pressure control valve, pulsation dampener, gauge guard, isolation valve and a chemical resistant pressure gauge. All parts being installed on the chemical feed system shall be rated for the chemical being used, to ensure corrosion is kept to a minimum. Installation of pumps shall include skids to mount system piping. All valves, piping and other attached components shall present a neat and orderly appearance. All skids shall be anchored and installed per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Pumps used for Sodium Hypochlorite shall have 12 GPD (Gallon Per Day) pumping output, 3/8” OD (Outside Diameter) tubing connections, de-gassing head or automatic priming system, pressure rated for a minimum of 100 PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch), PFTE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals and diaphragm, and 4-20 mA input and outputs for remote control.
• Pumps used for fluoride and phosphate shall have a 1-3 GPD pumping output, ¼” - 3/8” OD tubing connections, de-gassing head or automatic priming system, pressure rated for at least 100 PSI and 4-20 mA input and outputs for remote control.
• Pumps used for soda ash shall have an automatic controls module with speed control that accepts 4-20 mA input control, a 300-600 GPD pumping output (depending on the water pH at each individual well), ½” connections, and shall be pressure rated for a minimum of 100 PSI. Pumps shall accept the voltage available at each well. The contactor shall replace all piping from the soda ash mixing tank to the injection quill.
Online Analyzers
• The contractor shall install individual chemical analyzers for free available Chlorine, Phosphate, Fluoride, and pH.
• The contractor shall install necessary components for the online analyzers to function according to the manufacturer specifications to include, but not limited to, a well chemical sensing line no more than 10ft downstream of the static mixer and discharged downstream of all analyzing equipment. The performing contractor will drain the sensing line at the point closest to existing infrastructure.

• 14 calendar days shall be added per design phase.
• 28 calendar days shall be added to the construction phase.
• CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 combined schedule.
• NTP issued for the Design 5 days after the award.

• 35% Design to be submitted 74 calendar days after NTP

GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION NOTES: ALL CLINs
Any references to State Government, Federal Government, or Industry standards or specifications made herein shall form a part of this specification to the extent referenced thereto and all materials and workmanship under this contract shall comply with or exceed these standards and references. All referenced standards shall be the latest edition.
All drawings shall be sealed, signed and dated by a Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Registered Architect (RA), currently registered in the state of South Carolina, and is a design professional in the area covered by the sheet(s) of the drawings they seal.
The Contractor shall show all calculations on the drawings in lieu of a separate document, except where specifically allowed by the Shaw AFB Design Engineer.
The contractor shall include make, model number and inherent operational characteristics on the drawings for all of major equipment supplied for the facility. The Contractor shall supply manufacture’s cut sheets with the submittal where the component is identified.
Where specific part numbers or manufactures are referenced, it shall be understood that the contractor may use an approved equal.
All manufactured equipment and products shall be new materials in good condition and installed as per manufacturer's latest printed instructions, unless specified otherwise herein.
The Contractor is responsible for protection of existing facilities equipment from damage during installation and testing operations.
Contractor shall take into account the special treatment of hazardous waste, as well as the environmental implications related to building demolition management (i.e. fluorescent lighting tubes, t-stats, etc.).
Every effort shall be made to recycle eligible materials, and those not suitable, shall be disposed of off base in accordance with all (SCDHEC) South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control regulations.
Any refrigerant amounts removed or installed shall be documented and the information shall be provided to Shaw AFB.
If any submittal doesn’t, in the opinion of the Contracting Officer, meet or exceed the requirements contained within this SOW, in the Shaw AFB Design Standards or in any referenced design guidance or nationally recognized code then it shall be considered to be unacceptable and returned to the Contract for correction and resubmission. The Contracting Officer has the option, in lieu of disapproval, to provide acceptance of a submittal with required corrections identified if it is determined the submittal is substantially complete and correct.
Ensure that any demolition, utility cut and capping, and debris removal service performed at Shaw AFB, South Carolina in completed in such a manner that will restore a neat and professional appearance of base areas.
The facility/area shall be cleaned in its entirety, including exterior areas, before being returned the government.
WARRANTY:
Contractor shall furnish a minimum one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship starting on the beneficial occupancy date.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and applicable licenses and permits necessary to complete the requirements within. All work shall be done in strict accordance with this Statement of Work and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and in accordance with (UFC) Unified Facilities Criteria, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), the International Building Code (IBC), International plumbing code (IPC), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), EPA 402-K-01-001 (2008), South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Shaw Air Force Base Design and Construction Standards, Change 2, 21 Aug 2018 and all other applicable codes.
Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions, quantities and square footages. All dimensions, quantities and square footages included are approximations. Construction and demolition shall be in strict accordance with the Shaw Air Force Base Design and Construction Standards. The information provided in this Statement of Work (SOW), the provided drawings, and the requirements of the Shaw Air Force Base Design and Construction Standards shall be determined to be the minimum standards required in this project.
The contractor shall video all areas in which work shall occur prior to starting work to include interior and exterior of the project site. UFC’s take precedence over all standards, codes and Shaw AFB Design Standards and requirements that pertain to the work within this SOW.
During construction, the contractor shall take care not to damage existing structures, etc. that will not be replaced as part of this contract. Contractor shall be responsible for the temporary support of all devices as required to perform work. Any demolition work that needs to be accomplished to complete the contract is the responsibility of the contractor. All material shall be installed per manufacturers’ recommendations.
All items listed in the SOW are to be supplied and installed by the contractor unless otherwise noted. The contractor shall be responsible for removing and reinstalling or relocating any obstructions, utilities, or components that will impede the work to be accomplished in this SOW.
A pre-construction meeting will be held at Shaw AFB to include the Contractor and Government representatives. The Government shall set up this meeting, to be held on Shaw AFB, with the Contractor and Government representatives, to discuss all remodel requirements, as well as any other construction issues the Contractor may have. All finishes shall be presented to the project inspector as one submittal for selection and approval prior to installation. All material that could be discontinued shall be on-site, i.e. carpet and tile prior to starting project so there will be no difference in color.
All Contractors shall be responsible for submitting a completed DD1354 (AUG 2013 edition, PDF file) with each progress payment request (beginning at 50% construction completion). This form shall be marked "Draft" until the Contractor has reached approximately 90% completion, or when it has been determined that funding will not be adjusted due to modifications. The Contractor shall have a reviewed and accepted DD1354 submitted to the Government Inspector two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled final inspection date (i.e. Placed In Service Date). This reviewed and accepted DD1354 shall be marked "Interim" until the final inspection occurs.
PERMITS:
The contractor shall pay for and obtain any required permits. The contractor shall act in accordance with this Statement of Work, SCDHEC, Federal, and Shaw AFB guidelines.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Contractor shall take all precautions to insure that his operations are conducted in a manner as to minimally interfere with the normal operations of the base and the safety and convenience of the base personnel. The contractor shall coordinate utility outages with the Civil Engineering Squadron (CE) service call and the user.
DEBRIS HAULING AND DISPOSAL:
Contractor shall use an approved hauling route to prevent interference with base operations. In order to prevent problems with traffic, noise, wear and tear on roads, or other problems having the potential to adversely affect health, safety, or the environment, the government reserves the right to regulate routes, intervals, delivery points, and times for hauling.
All debris hauled by the contractor shall be enclosed to prevent leaking, spilling, or blowing. The Contractor shall ensure all debris or dirt is promptly removed from any transportation route if such debris is spilled, blown, or leaked from hauling equipment and vehicles. The contractor shall remove all dirt and mud caused by tracks of hauling equipment within one hour of notification by the Government. All demolition debris collected by the contractor shall be housed dumpsters and covered at all times and disposed of in an authorized landfill or transfer station. No disposal or burning is allowed on base. The contractor shall provide the government inspector with an electronic copy of each dump receipt on the following work day by 0800 with the daily report.
DAILY REPORTS:
The contractor shall provide the government with an electronic copy of each dump receipt along with the daily report by 0800 the following work day. All daily reports will be submitted in RAKEN format and shall include pictures of work performed for each day.
