Prior to proceeding with work, Contractor is to submit all submittals listed as “preconstruction” under columns (d), mix design for asphalt repairs, and product data for pavement markings and beads.
h. Coordination of Project with Launch Operations and Launch Hardware Transports: All road work must be coordinated with launch operations and launch hardware transports. Given the scope of the work, de-conflicting construction and launch activities should be easily accomplished; however, the contractor is advised that launch hardware transports takes precedence over construction activities, and close coordination is key to avoiding construction delays.
