About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines lodging services requirements for the District of Columbia Air National Guard (DCANG). The solicitation seeks to establish approximately three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial lodging services to support Unit Training Assemblies and other military training statuses, with hotels located within 15 miles of Joint Base Andrews, MD and the DC Armory in Washington, DC. The performance period is 5 years or until the total dollar ceiling is reached, with lodging primarily needed one weekend per month for military personnel.
Key service requirements include providing single and double occupancy rooms with specific amenities such as refrigerated air conditioning, private bathrooms, televisions, safe deposit boxes, and 24/7 front desk operations. Reservations must be made exclusively through the 113th Force Support Squadron Services Representative, with room assignments following strict gender and occupancy guidelines. The contractor must maintain high standards of customer service, room cleanliness, security, and responsiveness, with performance measured through a detailed Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan that includes specific metrics for reservations, check-in procedures, housekeeping, and complaint resolution.
