Attachment 1 Contractor Capability Survey
Contractor Capability Survey It is requested that vendors respond to this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirements listed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 12 Dec 2023 (see Attachment 2). Please provide answers for each of the following questions, utilizing the existing numbering scheme for each response. Submission of information shall be electronic format to the email listed in the last paragraph of this survey. Submission shall be formatted in Word or PDF format. Page line spacing shall be single spaced. The font shall be Times New Roman, no less than 12 points. Headers and footers are excluded from this text requirement. Margins on all four edges of each sheet shall be at least one inch. Proprietary statements, security markings, and page numbers can fall within the defined margin area. Pages shall be numbered sequentially by volume. Submission packages shall not exceed 10 pages.

2. Describe any experience and contracts within the last three years your company has as a PRIME or First Tier 1 Subcontractor to perform contracts similar in scope and complexity to the attached draft PWS document. Please provide contract numbers, dollar value and what services your company performed as related to the attached draft PWS.
3. List any 8(a) contracting vehicles, with contract number, that your firm possesses (i.e. GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) w/ applicable SIN(s), OASIS Contract, etc.) that would be within scope of the attached draft PWS document.
4. If applicable, how does your company intend to meet the Limitations on Subcontracting requirements set forth in FAR 52.219-14 (i.e., partnership, teaming, joint-venture, subcontract, etc.) and how would your company plan to select a qualified subcontractor to ensure compliance with the attached draft PWS document?
