Warranty coverage for overhauled engines must include at least two years and up to 100,000 miles for parts and labor, with mandatory pass-through of any longer OEM warranties at no additional cost. A contingency of 15 percent of overall project cost must be included for unforeseen damages; additional damage exceeding this threshold requires written approval from the Contracting Officer before procurement. The anticipated period of performance runs from date of award through December 31, 2026. Subcontracting repair work to non-authorized facilities is strictly prohibited.
