This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for vault toilet and septic tank pumping services at Yosemite National Park. The National Park Service requires a contractor to pump 55 vault toilets and septic tanks across 21 locations along Tioga Road from Crane Flat to Tioga Pass Entrance Station, with work to be performed over approximately 17 weeks from June 23, 2025 through October 18, 2025. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and tools to service the locations, using suction hoses between 20-100 feet long (no larger than 2.5"), and will be responsible for removing non-disposable trash items found in the vaults.

The contractor may dispose of collected sewage at the Yosemite Creek Lift Station (YCLS) located behind Yosemite Lodge, with disposal permitted only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 0700-1530 hours. Specific deliverables include providing pumping logs that correlate with metered gallons disposed of at YCLS, which must be submitted with invoice payments. The contract duration may be affected by seasonal snowfall, with potential variations in start and completion dates due to snow conditions that can persist into May and mid-October.
