Asphalt Characteristics
• See additional document – Spec section 32 12 15.13 for asphalt spec.
• Asphalt will be picked up by 5 CES personnel with the following requirements.
o Need asphalt batched on July 23, 2024 and July 25, 2024 (Dates may need to shift if weather delays occur) o Approximately 275 ton/day.
o Coordination on exact pick-up time will be worked through 5 CES/CEOHP representative.
o Batch plant location must be within 20 miles of the Minot AFB.
o Batch plant must be capable of providing a continuous supply of asphalt to support up to six 15-Ton dump trucks staggered 30 minutes apart until the approximately 275 tons of asphalt a day is received.
