About this file

This document provides mandatory onsite visit guidance for vendors interested in bidding on a contract opportunity for the oil and chip seal of approximately 5,300 square yards of outer perimeter roadway at the Illinois Department of Human Services Treatment and Detention Facility. The guidance outlines requirements for vendor attendance, including temperature checks, health screenings, and the use of face masks and face shields. Vendors who do not comply with these requirements will not be permitted to participate in the mandatory onsite visit and may be disqualified from the bidding process. The contract opportunity is set aside for Small Business vendors only, and electronic submissions are required.

The document also states that the bid due date and time may be adjusted, and that vendors must allow adequate time to accommodate security screenings at the site. Bidders who do not attend, are not on time, leave early, or fail to sign the attendance sheet will be considered non-responsive and disqualified.
