About this file

This document contains the Terms & Conditions for a pest control services solicitation issued by the Alabama State Board of Chiropractic Examiners (ASBCE) through the Alabama Buys supplier portal. The ASBCE seeks to establish a multi-year pest control services agreement for their office located at 1700 Yellowleaf Road in Clanton, Alabama. The contract will have a 60-month term beginning October 1, 2026, with the maximum contract duration and specific service requirements to be finalized at the time of award based on awarded pricing and anticipated usage. No mandatory site visit is required for bidders, and no bidders' conference or specific response deadline is mentioned in the provided documentation. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications.

The contract contains a maximum cumulative value cap of $25,000 and will be awarded via the Alabama Buys portal to the responsive bidder offering the lowest price. Bidders must submit liability insurance documentation or a letter of intent from their insurance company showing the State of Alabama as the certificate holder, with coverage effective throughout the contract period. The supplier must maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables for the entire term. Payment will be made in arrears upon invoice receipt, and suppliers must respond to any additional information requests within five business days. Failure to perform or comply with contract specifications may result in written notice to cure, and repeated offenses may lead to contract termination and debarment from doing business with the State of Alabama.
