About this file
This is a pricing page for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for pressure washer and jetter truck rental services across multiple counties. The procurement requests rental services at seven locations spanning Barbour, Monongalia, Preston, and Mineral Counties, with a total of 86 hours of service required. Item quantities range from 4 to 50 hours per location, with specific mine or development sites identified for each rental requirement. The pricing page was revised on October 27, 2014, and requires bidders to provide unit pricing on a per-hour basis for each line item.
Bidders must submit unit prices for each rental location, and the total contract amount will be calculated based on the cumulative hours and submitted rates. The DEP reserves the right to request additional information and supporting documentation if any unit prices appear unreasonable. Bidders must provide their company name, address, and signature with date on the pricing page. No specific contract term, renewal options, or funding source information is provided in this pricing document.
