DD Form 1423 – Contract Data Requirements List
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423, FEB 2024) establishing data delivery obligations for the B-2 Test Program Sets contract. The primary deliverable is a Preliminary Technical Data Package (TDP) identified as Data Item 002, which must conform to the authority standard DI-SESS-80776B while incorporating additional requirements from the Statement of Work (SOW) Sections 6.1 and 6.3. The requiring office is 557 SWES/MXDPBA. The TDP must be delivered no later than 40 days after contract award, but specifically no later than five business days before the Design Review Meeting referenced in CDRL A003. Digital copies in contractor-approved formats are required, with mechanical and electrical drawings submitted in .dwg, .dxf, or .gbr (Gerber) file formats for non-COTS printed circuit boards. Electronic delivery via DoD SAFE or mutually agreed secure file exchange services is acceptable.
The submission and approval process involves a iterative review cycle with a 10 business day Government review period following the Design Review Meeting, followed by a 10 business day contractor response period for revisions or clarification meetings, continuing until Government Program Officer approval is obtained. Final acceptance occurs at destination by 557 SWES/MXDPBA. Distribution is limited to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only (Distribution Statement D). The deliverable is scheduled for one-time submission with revisions only if requested by the Government. Three copies of the final package must be distributed to the GPOCs, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Contracting Officer, who will be named at contract award.
