APPENDIX D

PRICING SCHEDULE

When submitting its proposal, the Vendor is to provide a complete breakdown of the costs, and manner of calculation (e.g., per day, per item, flat fee, etc.), for all aspects of the tasks and services proposed by the vendor in its Technical Proposal.

The Trial Court requests a pricing proposal with a schedule of costs for each phase of deliverables and services to be rendered to the Trial Court under this solicitation as described in Attachment A – Scope of Services.

The anticipated price structure for this agreement will be an annual cost, broken down by month and should provide two separate quotes. The first component of the quote should identify the cost for up to 3,500 annual subscriptions. The second component of the quote should identify the cost for 3,501 up to 6,500 annual subscriptions. Both quotes should reflect an initial contract term of three years with the option to renew for two additional three-year periods. In addition, costs per content library(s) should be provided if applicable.

Costs should be broken down as described in Section 7.4:

· Annual cost for access to library of online learning content;

· Initial installation, configuration, and set-up;

· Yearly cost for all ongoing technical support/maintenance costs, hosting fees, etc., if applicable, and pricing model (as described in Section 7.4.);

· Training costs (including in-person/online and written materials); and

· Additional costs for requirements or services

Costs that are not specifically identified in the vendor’s proposal will not be compensated under any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP.
