About this file

This is a Vendor Accessibility Checklist document for the State of Colorado's Thermal Opportunity Mapping contract opportunity. The checklist establishes digital accessibility requirements that vendors must address during the procurement process, focusing on compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards.

The checklist requires vendors to demonstrate their accessibility capabilities across five key areas: documentation of a formal accessibility commitment statement, compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria for all documents and digital content provided to the State, with PDF documents meeting PDF/UA compliance standards; description of the assessment methods used to verify compliance, including automated tools, manual testing, and screen reader software such as JAWS, JawsInspect, or CommonLook; the ability to provide compliance reports for products developed; and contact information for the company's accessibility point of contact. The document directs vendors to the Vendor Accessibility Guide and WCAG 2.1 resources for additional guidance on meeting non-web information and communication technology standards.
