About this file
This is a Vendor Accessibility Checklist appendix for the ReCharge Colorado Fleet Advisor contract opportunity with the State of Colorado. The checklist serves as an evaluation tool to assess vendor compliance with accessibility requirements and standards. The document outlines criteria that vendors must meet to demonstrate their commitment to accessibility in service delivery, technology platforms, and organizational practices. Specific evaluation categories address digital accessibility, physical accessibility, communication accessibility, and organizational policies that support inclusive service provision for all users, including individuals with disabilities.
The checklist functions as a compliance verification document that vendors complete and submit as part of their proposal response. Vendors are required to demonstrate how their proposed solutions, services, and operations meet established accessibility standards and legal requirements applicable to Colorado state contracts. The evaluation criteria help ensure that the ReCharge Colorado Fleet Advisor program can effectively serve all Colorado residents and businesses regardless of ability status. Completion of this accessibility checklist is mandatory for proposal consideration, and vendor responses are scored as part of the overall contract award evaluation process.
