About this file
This is a Vendor Disclosure Statement for the ReCharge Colorado Fleet Advisor contract opportunity with the State of Colorado. The document establishes disclosure requirements for vendors seeking to participate in this state contract opportunity. The statement serves as a formal declaration mechanism through which potential vendors must provide information regarding their business structure, ownership, affiliations, and compliance status prior to contract award consideration.
The Vendor Disclosure Statement requires vendors to furnish detailed information about their organization, including corporate structure, ownership details, and any relevant business relationships or affiliations that may impact their eligibility or performance on the contract. Vendors must complete and submit this disclosure form as part of their proposal package to ensure transparency and allow the state to assess vendor qualifications, potential conflicts of interest, and compliance with state procurement regulations. The disclosure statement functions as a critical component of the vendor evaluation process and contract award decision-making, ensuring that all parties involved in the procurement process have access to material information necessary to make informed determinations regarding vendor suitability.
