About this file

This file is a procedural guide for submitting quotes through the COMMBUYS platform for the Massachusetts EEC's SRF 270019 DEIB Leadership Retreat and Coaching Request for Response. The document provides step-by-step instructions for vendors to navigate the online bidding system, including account login procedures, searching for open bids using COMMBUYS bid numbers, and the quote creation process. The EEC seeks a vendor to provide Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) facilitation and training for a leadership retreat with follow-up coaching. Prospective vendors must demonstrate experience in the education sector and capability to support organizational development around inclusive leadership and equity measurement.

The submission process requires vendors to complete multiple tabs within the COMMBUYS system, including General information with promise dates and contact details, Terms and Conditions acknowledgment, Items specification, and Attachments. File naming conventions are restricted to text-only characters to avoid system rejection. Vendors must upload all required documentation as attachments, review their submission through the Summary tab, and submit their quote, with confirmation indicated by a "Submitted" status display. The document emphasizes that quote submission cannot be completed without explicit acknowledgment of the Terms and Conditions, and provides guidance on troubleshooting common submission errors related to file naming incompatibilities.
