About this file

This is an Electronic Transaction Fee appendix document related to Maryland's BA-000-271-001 contract for modernizing elevators in various Annapolis buildings. The document outlines the fee structure and payment terms associated with electronic transactions processed as part of this elevator modernization project. The appendix establishes the framework for how electronic payment processing will be handled throughout the contract performance period and defines the specific fees that will be assessed for transactions conducted through electronic means.

The appendix specifies the electronic transaction fees applicable to the contract, detailing the cost structure for any electronic payments or transactions that may occur during the project execution. These fees are incorporated into the overall contract terms and represent additional costs that may be incurred beyond the base contract price. The document serves as a reference guide for both the state of Maryland and the contracted parties regarding the standardized fees for electronic transaction processing related to the elevator modernization work across the identified Annapolis buildings.
