Appendix 9: Electronic Transaction Fee Summary
This appendix establishes the electronic transaction fee structure for the Maryland Insurance Administration's CISCO Equipment Maintenance and Support contract renewal. The document outlines the fee methodology applicable to electronic transactions processed under the maintenance agreement between MIA and CISCO Systems. The appendix specifies how electronic transaction fees will be calculated and assessed throughout the contract period, which extends through June 30, 2027, ensuring all items are co-termed to this end date.
The electronic transaction fee framework establishes pricing parameters for processing and managing electronic communications and transactions related to warranty and support services for CISCO equipment. This fee structure applies to all electronic submissions, confirmations, and administrative processing associated with the SmartNet maintenance agreement, providing transparency in cost allocation for technology-enabled transaction management throughout the contract term.
