Protective Coatings (Painting) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Listed below are the Minimum Performance Standards for basis of design (BOD) products. Minimum Performance Standards shall be defined as those particular characteristics that specifically describe the essential physical and functional features that a substitute material or service must possess to be considered an adequate substitute to the material or service originally requested by the Government.

CSI numbering format is for reference only. Contractor bears the burden of researching products for his or her own bidding requirements.

Where color is shown as being specific to one manufacturer, an equivalent color by another manufacturer may be submitted for approval. Manufacturers and materials specified are not intended to limit the selection of equal colors

9) Paint (Note: Paint may be substituted for certain applications to function properly (e.g. breathable drywall))

(1) Semi-Gloss Finish: 1st Coat: S-W ProMar 200 Zero VOC Latex Primer, B28W2600 (4.0 mils wet, 1.0 mils dry) 2nd Coat: S-W Pro Industrial Pre-Catalyzed Waterbased Epoxy Semi- Gloss, K46-150 3rd Coat: S-W Pro Industrial Pre-Catalyzed Waterbased Epoxy Semi-Gloss, K46-150 (4.0 mils wet, 1.5 mils dry per coat)

iii) STEEL (Doors, Frames, Window Frames) Single-Component Acrylic Epoxy System

(1) Semi-Gloss Finish: 1st Coat: S-W Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Universal Primer, B28W08111

(5.0-10.0 mils wet, 2.0-4.0 mils dry) 2nd Coat: S-W Pro Industrial Pre-Catalyzed Waterbased Epoxy Semi-Gloss, K46-150 3rd Coat: S-W Pro Industrial Pre-Catalyzed Waterbased Epoxy Semi-Gloss, K46-150 (4.0 mils wet, 1.5 mils dry per coat)

iv) WOOD (Trim, Shelves) Single-Component Acrylic Epoxy System
