Appendix 1_Route Maps.pdf

This is a Route Maps appendix supporting a bus transportation bid for the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire's 2023 NCUR Conference scheduled for April 2023 in Wisconsin. The document outlines four distinct transportation routes designed by the Logistics Planning Team to shuttle conference attendees between campus facilities, downtown venues, and local hotels. The Campus to Downtown route operates Friday evening only, connecting UW Eau Claire's Davies Center at 127 Roosevelt Avenue to the Pablo Center at 128 Graham Avenue in downtown Eau Claire. Three additional loop routes originate from Davies Center and serve clusters of nearby hotels: the North Route encompasses five properties in Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire including Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Staybridge Suites; the Clairemont Route includes five hotels on Craig Road and Mondovi Road such as Best Western PLUS, Quality Inn, Super 8, Hampton Inn by Hilton, and Holiday Inn Express West; and the Mall Route services five additional properties including Baymont Inn & Suites, Candlewood Suites, Holiday Inn South, GrandStay Residential Suites, and Best Western Eau Claire South.

The document provides specific addresses for all twenty hotels across the three loop routes and establishes a comprehensive transportation network to accommodate conference participants staying throughout the Eau Claire area. No pricing, contract terms, set-asides, or incumbent information is contained within this route maps appendix, which serves solely as a technical specification document for bidders to understand the scope and geography of required transportation services.
