About this file
This document is a Permits Appendix for the FY 2025 Pavement Preservation Package 2 (Contract No. 24-0756) issued by Pinellas County, Florida. The document outlines the permit requirements for the pavement preservation project, which involves milling and resurfacing approximately 34.65 lane miles of roadway across four locations, including one collector and three local neighborhood projects. The permit index shows no specific agency permits are currently applicable, but the document details critical permit acquisition responsibilities for both the County and the awarded contractor.
The document specifies that the County will obtain and provide all known Federal and State permits required for construction, while the contractor must secure and maintain additional permits including dewatering and tree removal/relocation permits. A specific requirement is the Pinellas County Habitat Management Permit, which will be provided to the contractor at the pre-construction meeting. Upon County approval, the contractor must comply with all permit terms and conditions as outlined in the Pinellas County Code of Ordinances, specifically Part III, Land Development Code, Chapter 166, Article II, Division 2.
