About this file

This is a product specification and pricing document for a bulk multi-engine antifreeze procurement contract for the State of Maine. The document outlines specifications for antifreeze products required for state fleet maintenance and operations. The file contains detailed product requirements including freeze protection levels, boil-over protection, corrosion inhibitor specifications, and compatibility standards for various engine types used in state vehicles. The procurement seeks to establish pricing for antifreeze in bulk quantities to support ongoing fleet maintenance needs across state agencies and departments.

The document provides a pricing structure for antifreeze products meeting Maine's specifications, with costs typically quoted on a per-gallon or per-unit basis for bulk purchases. The contract establishes standardized pricing to enable state agencies to procure antifreeze efficiently from qualified vendors. This is a requirements contract intended to serve multiple state departments and agencies, potentially extending over a multi-year period to provide consistent supply and pricing stability for fleet maintenance operations throughout Maine state government.
