About this file
The document provided contains answers to questions related to a state and local contract opportunity from the Nevada Purchasing Division for Communications and Network Operations Support. The state is seeking vendors to supply communications site repair and maintenance services across the state. Vendors will be evaluated based solely on their responses to the items requested in the RFP, and a catalog of additional services and rates will not be considered as part of the award. The vendor is responsible for determining if a Nevada contractor's license is required for any aspect of the work, as some of the required support efforts may involve access road or building improvements. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors.
The pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, and other salient information are not provided in the document. The key details focus on the scope of work, evaluation criteria, and licensing requirements for the vendors.

Text version
1. Would the Department be receptive to the inclusion of a catalog of services and rates as a means to offer additional, but related offerings to the State?
0. Vendors will only be evaluated based upon the responses to the items requested within the RFP. A catalog of services and rates will not be considered as part of any award under this RFP process.
Inclusion of a catalog of services and rates must be consistent with the intent of the Communications and Network Operations Support products and services obtained under an award from this RFP.
1. Is a vendor who is supplying equipment and/or factory authorized support for that equipment to the agencies under this RFP required to hold a Nevada contractor’s license since the work is not making physical improvements to a building or roadway facility?
1. Vendor is solely responsible to determinate if a contractor is required to be licensed by the State of Nevada Contractors License Board for any aspect of the work to be performed. In some cases, the required work effort may involve support efforts such as access road or building improvements or similar work.
