Computer Equipment, Licenses, Migration, and Installation services for FBI TAG Unit.

ANNEX “A”

Disclaimer

All server names and network ip addresses will not be shared until the purchase has been performed and the vendor has been selected.

1) Server infrastructure

(2) Physical servers that are part for the domain that store all virtual servers using Microsoft Hyper-V

Both servers are used to replicate information from all virtual servers.
(1) Antivirus server that was the previous antivirus management solution. (virtual)
Server will no longer exist
Its only necessary to check if any information stored in that server is useful.
(1) Antivirus server that is the current antivirus management solution. (virtual)
A new virtual server will be created to store the antivirus console. Temporarily, the current antivirus server will be “Moved” to the new Hyper-V infrastructure.

Current server will be decommissioned.

The installation of the antivirus solution will be requested to support from antivirus vendor.

(1) Domain controller server (virtual)
A new virtual server will be created to manage all the corresponding roles.

Current server will be decommissioned.

Server include storage roles

(1) Certificate authority server for the network (virtual)
A new virtual server will be created to accommodate such functionality. The corresponding services and/or roles will be migrated. Current server will be decommissioned.
(1) Email server (Microsoft Exchange) (virtual)
A new virtual server will be created to accommodate the roles. Current server will be decommissioned.
(1) Print server (virtual)
A new virtual server will be created to accommodate the roles. Current server will be decommissioned.
(1) Database server (virtual)
Current server will be moved to new Hyper-V infrastructure
(1) Ubuntu server (virtual)
Current server will be moved to new Hyper-V infrastructure
(2) web servers (virtual)
Current servers will be moved to new Hyper-V infrastructure

2) Print and Scanning Services

All new printers and multifunction devices will be configured and installed through the print server and additional configurations will be set to communicate with the email server for sending scanned documents.

3) Network functionality

Most network cards on the servers will be configured specifically for certain virtual servers and services. The DNS and DHCP will be configured in the domain controller server.

4) Domain Policies

All domain policies will be configured in the Domain Controller.

Main policies are:

· Folder Redirection. To redirect user folders and desktop to a folder inside the storage server

· Access to USB. Disabling any USB device connected to the portable computers.

5) Storage Services

All raid storage will be configured on the RAID controller.

The virtual server that manages the files storage role will have large virtual disks configured to be added to storage services or Exchange Server for email database storage.

6) Personal Computers

All personal computers must be configured to be part of the domain, have Microsoft Office installed and activated. Also, they must have all updates installed.

7) UPS Installation

All personal UPS must be power connected and installed in all desks.
