About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Annual Preventative Maintenance services on ANCA TX7 LINEAR equipment at Tinker Air Force Base, prepared by OC-ALC/OBCA on November 12, 2025.

The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to perform annual preventative maintenance, calibration, and certification on two specific ANCA TX7 LINEAR machines (OC24969 and OC24970, Model TX7 LINEAR, located at the 76th CMXG). The objective is to ensure equipment operates continuously at Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications to support production jobs at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The contractor shall perform one (1) preventative maintenance per year per equipment item and provide a PM schedule to the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) within ten (10) business days after contract award, with seven (7) business days' notification prior to each scheduled PM visit. The contractor must provide commercial calibration and certification, perform system verifications to confirm OEM compliance, and deliver a Certificate of Conformance or detailed service report signed by a qualified technician upon completion. Personnel must be trained and certified by ANCA for maintenance and calibration of the TX7 LINEAR machines and must have proprietary rights and access to design, construction, and operational software, plus access to OEM replacement parts. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 0600–1400 hours, excluding Federal holidays and base closures. The contractor must comply with extensive safety, environmental, security, and operational requirements including FOD/DOP training, tool control, confined space entry procedures, hazardous material management, environmental certifications, and multiple mandatory training courses identified in Section 1.43.1. The Government will provide environmental certification that equipment is clean and properly prepared, and the contractor must reciprocally certify that repaired equipment meets all hazardous contaminant removal standards before return.
