About this file
This document is Amendment No. 1 to Request for Quote S-84500-00010251 issued by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) for the procurement of an industrial electric riding sweeper and scrubber machine. The amendment, effective May 2, 2024, addresses clarifications regarding machine dimensions and warranty requirements. The primary substantive change modifies the maximum width specification for the machine to not exceed 6 feet (72 inches), replacing the previous requirement referencing OSHA aisle width minimums. This specification accommodates the agency's warehouse aisles, which are approximately 12 feet wide, while allowing for two-way traffic flow. The amendment establishes a deadline of 12 p.m. on May 3, 2024, for submission of questions regarding the RFQ, with the agency retaining discretion to respond to late submissions if deemed in its best interest.
The RFQ requires bidders to include a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty covering all repairs and support for equipment failures not caused by OLCC, with warranty costs included in the quoted price. The amendment provides clarification that this warranty constitutes planned maintenance coverage ensuring the agency incurs no repair or support costs during the first year of machine operation. No pricing details, set-aside provisions, incumbent information, or funding sources are specified in this amendment document. The RFQ submission process and complete bidding timeline are referenced as existing in the original RFQ, with this amendment serving to clarify technical specifications and administrative deadlines for the procurement process.
