About this file

This document is an amendment to a previous CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) Notice 2022.05 issued by the Illinois Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing. The amendment recognizes that subsequent Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20 and extend the date that certain contractors must become vaccinated. All agencies are required to notify potential contractors of the issuance of these Executive Orders by including the amended COVID-19 Protections clause in all solicitations, regardless of procurement method. The clause mandates that vendors adhere to the requirements of the Executive Orders, including the use of face coverings, COVID-19 vaccinations, or testing when in certain facilities. Agencies may also implement vaccination or testing requirements that exceed those in the Executive Orders.

The document provides links to the full text of Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23, but does not contain any details about a specific contract opportunity, such as the products or services requested, project overviews, quantities, response dates, award dates, or contract terms. There is also no information about pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient details.
