About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous notice (CPO Notice 2022.05) issued by the Illinois Chief Procurement Office. The amendment updates the COVID-19 protection requirements for contractors providing services to the state, incorporating the latest Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 that supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20. The amendment mandates that all state agencies include the updated COVID-19 protection clause in their solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on the state's procurement platform, BidBuy. The clause requires contractors to adhere to the vaccination, testing, and face-covering requirements as applied by the contracting agency.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the maintenance and repair of 5 pieces of equipment in the Department of Revenue Willard Ice Print Shop, located in the state of Illinois. The contract will be for Fiscal Year 2024, and the scope includes performing the necessary maintenance and repair services on the specified equipment.
