Questions and Answers
Q1: The specifications call for two mobile air quality shelters and then continues in the technical specifications for an 8tx 8t by 8t shelter. Is this shelter going to be mobile? does the agency have an existing trailer it wishes for the shelter to sit on or are there other means?
A1: The shelters are really not mobile. It's just going to be a box basically sitting on the ground.
Q2: Is it the seller's responsibility if anything happens to the shelters delivery from seller’s location to buyer’s location.
A2 The shipping of the shelters to the site is part of the scope for the manufacturer. So that would mean we would organize the shipment which is then fully insured and deliver. Until it's delivered it is the responsibility whoever organizes the shipment.
Q3: The shelters will be built offsite and delivered?
A3: Correct
Q4: Is there a progress payment for this procurement?
A4: No
