About this file

This document is an amendment to a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the supply of 12/1 Cotton Yarn to the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) Menard Correctional Center. The amendment clarifies that the minimum order quantity is 20,000 lbs, and the previous reference to a 5,000 lbs minimum should be omitted. The related state and local contract opportunity, identified as MEN 22-5048, seeks bids for the 12/1 Cotton Yarn, with all submissions to be made electronically via the BidBuy platform. The contract is for the state of Illinois, specifically Randolph County.

Regarding pricing, the amendment states that the 20,000 lbs quantity should be used for bid pricing, rather than the previously mentioned lower minimum. No other details are provided about pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or other salient information.
