About this file
This document is an Amendment #2 to an Open Market Bid issued by the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (OCWCOG) for in-home care services in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties. The amendment addresses several questions from bidders, including the due date for the Letter of Intent, the possibility of multiple contract awards, and the provision of a list of bidders. It clarifies that the proposal is exclusive to OCWCOG and that current providers do not need to submit a transition plan. The amendment also confirms the contract start date of July 1, 2022 and provides guidance on submitting the technical proposal separately to ensure anonymity.
The RFP seeks proposals from vendors to provide in-home care services within the specified service area. Interested parties are required to submit their proposals by the established deadline. The contract term and any renewal options are not explicitly stated. The amendment does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or any other salient financial information.
