Does IDJC have a full list of assets available, if so, where is it housed and what format is the data in?
For the majority of assets contemplated in the RFQ, IDJC does not have them listed electronically. See SPEC-17. Part of SPEC-17 identifies IDJC’s responsibilities for entering data into the System.”
What is the confidence of IDJC asset data? Has IDJC recently had a facility condition assessment completed?
See the answer to question # 1. IDJC will have to enter Asset data manually.

IDJC has not had a facility condition assessment completed.

Is IDJC interested in receiving pricing for optional services including:

- condition assessment/equipment data gathering

- Asset Barcoding

- PM Schedule creation Regarding PM Schedule creation, please see SPEC-3.

We welcome pricing for optional services such as condition assessment/equipment data gathering and asset bar coding, and have made changes in the RFQ to accommodate.

What is the total sq. ft. of facilities to be managed with the proposed system?
This information is not readily available, and, we’re not sure what the value of this information would be, considering our requirements.
Is IDJC intending to utilize mobile devices or tablets for technicians?
Work in the System will be on laptops and desktops in workspaces, and not done on a mobile basis.
What is the total number of buildings IDJC anticipates needing utility reporting functionality for as mentioned in SPEC-9?
There are 20 buildings at JCC-Saint Anthony, 1 building at JCC-Nampa, and 1 building at JCC-Lewiston.

We will most likely not have any utility-related needs for our headquarters location.

What is the total number of utility accounts IDJC wants to manage related to SPEC-9?
Each JCC has 1 gas and 1 electric account.
Can IDJC confirm you want references included at time of submission, or later in the evaluation process?
Per section 8, References, we reserve the right to require references, so, later in the process.

However, Vendors are welcome to submit lists of references with their quotes.

Where is the data coming from for each site to populate the new CMMS?
See the responses to questions 1 and 2.
Is the data coming from one system or different systems per site? Please provide names of systems per site.
See the responses to questions 1 and 2.

At this time, we’re not aware of the need for data types other than those already contemplated in the RFQ.
With regards to deployment timelines, can you confirm if the 4 sites will be deployed one site at a time? If not, please articulate how you see this project rolling out.
We intend that JCC-Saint Anthony will be first. Other JCCs will deploy after testing and data entry is complete at JCC-Saint Anthony.

Would you be able to confirm these County metrics?

• Number of facilities/buildings

• Number of utility accounts

• Number of utility meters, if known
