About this file

This document is an amendment to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Kansas Office of Procurement and Contracts on behalf of the Osawatomie State Hospital. The IFB is for the procurement of interior signage, with a closing date of March 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The project timeline requires installation by May 15, 2024. Bidders are permitted to subcontract the work, and no bonding or licensing requirements are specified. The procurement is a one-time purchase, not an annual contract, and there are no liquidated damages or penalties associated with the project.

Regarding pricing, the IFB states that the vendor is to provide a bid in accordance with the cost sheet, and a Project Exemption Certificate will be provided, indicating the purchase is not taxable. Bidders are permitted to propose manufacturers other than the specified 2/90 Sign Systems, as long as the proposed products meet or exceed the specified requirements. No previous bid tabulation is available, as this is a new solicitation, and no minimum order quantity is provided.
