About this file
This document is an amendment to a bid solicitation issued by the Kansas Judicial Branch for a statewide Jury Management System. The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Jury Management System that can be utilized for both trial jury and grand jury management, along with associated implementation and ongoing support services. The proposed contract will be for a period of five (5) years with the potential for two (2) additional 2-year renewal terms.
The amendment provides answers to various questions submitted by potential bidders, including the current use of Jury Management Systems across the state, the required integration with the existing Case Management System, the desired implementation timeline and rollout plan, and the requirement for the system to be configured for all 31 District Courts in the state. The amendment also clarifies the preferred organization for the Technical Proposal submission and the cyber security requirements for the successful vendor.

The approved system will be implemented statewide in all district courts

Now each court mails summons and that feature needs to be available however, we are interested in knowing what printing/mailing services a vendor can provide
