Award was scheduled to be posted on January 31, 2023. The amendment modified the original scope of work to clarify that retention ponds are excluded from the contract and specified that all debris resulting from landscaping operations must be disposed of off-site by the contractor.

The solicitation requires the contractor to maintain a supervisor on-site at all times during work performance, with the supervisor available within thirty minutes of contact. All personnel must possess valid driver's licenses and receive appropriate safety training. Equipment must include properly guarded and maintained mowers, with all work to be performed during daylight hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The contractor assumes full responsibility for any property damage or personal injuries resulting from landscaping operations and must carry appropriate indemnification coverage.
