About this file

This document is Amendment #1 to an Invitation for Bid (IFx #3160007466) issued by the Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) for Language Interpretation & Translation Services. The amendment primarily modifies the contract renewal clause, reducing the potential renewal period from four successive one-year periods to three successive one-year periods. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment, with failure to do so potentially resulting in rejection of their response.

The amendment does not provide specific details about pricing, service quantities, or contract value. It focuses solely on adjusting the contract renewal terms, stipulating that the contract may be renewed at MDHS's discretion under the same prices, terms, and conditions as the original contract. Bidders must monitor the MDHS website for any additional amendments and are responsible for submitting an acknowledgment of this amendment with their bid response.
