The solution is intended to support online licensing, renewal, and inspection functions for over 20 different license types including Cosmetologist, Nail Technologist, Esthetician, and others. Key requirements include integration with third-party systems such as Pearson Vue, Stripe, and QuickBooks, as well as mobile inspection capabilities. The bid due date is January 12, 2023, and the Board is open to a phased implementation approach with a target go-live within 6 months to 1 year.

The budget for this project is $13,000 per month for the ongoing system with an initial setup cost of $500,000. The Board has not received any special funding for this project but has allocated funds through their board budget. The Board is willing to consider proposals that extend beyond 12 months for the initial implementation and is open to vendor recommendations for a payment processor to integrate with their QuickBooks accounting system.

6GLSUITEMobile FormsCan you elaborate on the need for mobile inspection/field investigation capabilities? Please respond to the following: (a) How many mobile devices would the agency need set up to use on the new system? The inspection portion needs to be able to run on any mobile device. We do not require a custom Android/Apple app it can be a web app or part of the overall solution based on inspectors login. B).
