The questionnaire requests interested parties to provide information on their company, bonding capability, licenses, relevant construction experience, and any concerns or challenges with a potential 3-year or 5-year contract. Responses are due by September 20, 2024 and will assist the government in determining the feasibility of this approach. The potential contract will be awarded and performed entirely in Japan, and contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan.
