About this file
This document is an agreement to establish a Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) that will enable governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies to purchase supplies or services on an as-needed basis during the contract period. The contract will be issued by the Illinois Central Management Services in cooperation with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services. The purpose is to provide a mechanism for these entities to procure items directly from the awarded vendor, who agrees to extend all terms and conditions, specifications, and pricing or discounts to the participating organizations. The supplies or services will be distributed or rendered directly to each governmental unit and qualified not-for-profit agency, and the vendor will bill each entity separately for its actual share of the costs.
The pricing and terms of this JPMC contract will be available to all eligible governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies in Illinois. Disputes between the vendor and the participating organizations will be resolved between the affected parties. The contract does not specify any particular products or quantities, but rather establishes the framework and terms for the JPMC program.
