The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) has been working to modernize its data collection and storage systems over the past few years. The following project has been under development and the ODH needs to secure the right resources to complete the project.
ODRS Technology Refresh Project
The Ohio Disease Reporting System (ODRS) provides real-time secured access for state and local public health practitioners to report infectious diseases. ODH is in the implementation phase of a redesign/re-platform of the ODRS system. The system requirements, both functional and non-functional, have been gathered. The solution has been architected. ODH began coding the new application more than 2 years ago and this is a continuation to complete that work. We estimate there is about 1 year of development, Quality Assurance, and release management activities remaining.
Offerors will work within the ODH SDLC, IT PMO methodology, and all applicable ODH policies and procedures including on site meetings and scrum events. The offeror will work in conjunction with the ODH Technical and business teams to provide staffing and expertise to deliver the remainder of the ODRS product. The estimated professional resources needed are anticipated to be twelve (12) to fourteen (14) contractors for this work.
