Site Visit Questions and Answers
1. Will there be a spot for the storage and staging of the new materials?
a. Yes, an indoor staging area will be made available.
2. Will it be ok to dispose of the old shade cloth in the Government dumpsters onsite?
a. No, Government dumpsters shall not be used by the awardee. Space will be made available for contractor dumpsters, if needed (exact location will be decided after award between the COR and the awardee).
3. Can the Isolation Chambers in bay C2 be walked on, or have platforms put on them?
a. No, the isolation chambers should not be walked on or have any form of platform put on them.
4. Is the awardee required to provide new drawings upon project completion?
a. No. This is a one for one replacement, so there should be no changes to the existing drawings.
5. Will the greenhouses be occupied by people while the contract work is being completed? Scheduling?
a. Scheduling options will be discussed after award between the COR and the awardee. Scheduling will be established to ensure the least amount of interference for both the awardee and the Government.
b. Weekend work can be discussed at this time.
