The following will document questions/answers during the prebid meeting:

Answer: One unit is at the site, across the road from the campground construction site. The other is at the Iron Springs Campground site, approximately 16.5 miles south along the Divide Road, National Forest System Road (NFSR) 402. Section 024116 of the specifications covers the pumping, demolition and removal requirements of the contract. The specification contains the correct information, rather than what was provided by Doug Marah at the meeting. The Government is responsible for pumping the vault per Section 024116.

2. Anticipated timeline was asked, whether construction will be required to begin this season: Answer: As soon as proposals are opened and evaluated, contract award will follow, and construction may begin as soon as this year if possible. The time schedule may be negotiated with the contractor at the option of the Contracting Officer. The project may extend into next construction season.
