Applying firms shall be licensed and qualified in the areas for which they are applying. The firms selected shall enter into a one-year agreement with the Marion County School Board with the possibility of the contract being extended for additional years in one (1) year extension increments. A purchase order and/or a Form of Work Authorization will be issued by the Marion County Public School System for each phase and/or project describing specific tasks. The School Board intends to approve several firms for each discipline and will be issuing identical contracts to one or more firms for each discipline.
