Key details include a site visit scheduled for 01/20/26 at 1000 PST, with mandatory pre-registration via email to Contract Specialist Roberto Escobedo and COR Aaron Shoupe by 01/19/2026 at 3PM PST. Vendors must submit questions about the solicitation by 01/23/26 at 1600 PST, with answers to be provided through amendments on SAM.gov.

The guidance emphasizes strict requirements for quote submission, including active SAM.gov registration, complete and accurate documentation, and timely submission. Late quotes will not be accepted, and vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for amendments. The government will only evaluate information directly submitted and will not make assumptions about vendor capabilities or performance not clearly documented in the quote.
