About this file
This is Addendum No. 06 for DCF ITN 2223 011, issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families' Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) for Behavioral Health Services Managing Entity in the Central Region. The addendum modifies two key dates: the anticipated contract start date has been pushed back from September 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025, and the anticipated posting of intended contract award has been moved from August 12, 2024 to November 1, 2024. The contract duration remains at five years, with renewal options subject to Florida Statute 287.057(14).
The addendum contains no changes to pricing terms, funding requirements, or other financial aspects of the contract. The modifications appear to be strictly timeline-related, with all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remaining in effect. The contract award notice will be posted on the MyFloridaMarketplace Vendor Information Portal.
