About this file
This is Addendum No. 02 for DCF ITB 2425 027-2, issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families Office of General Services for the NEFSH Life Safety Project #33020500, which involves Civil Site Building Fire Sprinkler Water Line, Fire Riser Room and Mechanical Exhaust Work. The response due date is November 21, 2024, and the addendum was issued on November 6, 2024. The addendum addresses a question from Williams & Rowe Company, Inc. regarding mechanical exhaust fan work and duct work in Buildings 12 and 13.
The Department's response clarifies the work process, stating that one wing on one floor will be unoccupied and closed for Mechanical Work at a time. Once work is completed in that area, the Department will reoccupy it and make another wing available on that floor or another floor for continued Mechanical Work. This process will continue until all Mechanical Work is completed, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations while maintaining project progress.
